Q: What is Bold FitFest Retreat?
A: Bold FitFest is a three day wellness event aimed to help women of all ages and walks of life ignite their fitness journey, improve their confidence, and strengthen their sense of community! Experience a weekend of workouts, workshops, and tons of surprises that will leave you feeling motivated, refreshed, and BOLD!
Q: Do you have to be "fit" to go to Bold FitFest?
A: Absolutely not. Bold FitFest is for every body. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or a lifelong athlete, you’ll find movement options that meet you where you are. There are no wrong moves here!
Q: Can I attend alone?
A: Yes! Many of our attendees come solo—and leave with lifelong Bold friends. We’ll have community mixers, team-based events, and plenty of opportunities to connect.
Q: What kind of workouts will we do at FitFest?
A: Mostly dance and step! We will also have a few guest instructors bringing outside formats to shake things up!
Q: How much does it cost?
A: For the entire weekend, Bold FitFest is $250 per person. This includes all weekend retreat activities, 4 meals, swag bag, and custom event t-shirt. Your room accommodations are separate from your event ticket.
Q: Are tickets refundable or transferrable?
A: Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another attendee up until May 15, 2026. If you can’t attend, you may also roll your ticket credit toward a future Bold event with prior approval.
Q: Where is it located?
A: This year Bold FitFest will take place at The Dillard House!
Q: Am I responsible for booking my room at The Dillard House?
A: Yes! You can go to our booking link and use our code to choose one of our blocked off rooms. If you are having trouble booking or you are in need of special accommodations, please contact us at info@boldcardiodance.com
